Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.
I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, please be advised that any modifications should be declined.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!
I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

What is your store currency?
We support 140 currencies. You will have the option to convert your currency to USD if you wish via the drop-down menu in the top right corner of any of our pages.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
When can I receive my package?
Each item on Bags Fa is individually painted for you, and it takes us 2 to 10 business days to ensure your order is as expected before shipping.

Can I track my package?
A tracking number will be emailed to you a few days after your order is placed. If you have not received your tracking number within the timeframes below, please contact our helpdesk support team here and we will be happy to assist!
Please note:
It can take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves the country of origin. Then no further follow-up.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item is not delivered within 45 days after placing your order, contact one of our curators through the Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged or customized when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping charges. These fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

South Africa, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania and French Polynesia.

Please note that all orders are shipped to Mexico and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde,…) and countries in South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, etc.) takes 2-3 months to arrive due to delays from customs and local post office.

Because all items on Bags Fa are painted each order, we cannot exchange your product. However, your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our best to find a solution that makes you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.
I am not satisfied with the product quality, what should I do?
If you don’t love your product, we will recall it! All of our products are carefully tested for quality and we will paint another one for you. Please see our return and refund policy for more details.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience and we are happy to help you immediately by offering a free replacement order.

Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Bags Fa is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
All orders are made on Bags Fa are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through Bags Fa. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise depends on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Please note that we are not held accountable for orders returned to sender due to custom fees not paid.

Payment
1. What forms of payment are accepted?
We currently accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card credit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. We do not accept personal or electronic checks, cash on delivery (COD), Bitcoin, money orders or wire transfers at this time.
2. How do I apply for a discount, use my gift card or apply my points?
To apply your discount code, gift card code, coupon or reward points, simply go to your cart, select “checkout” and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter a discount code or gift card code as well as a space that will show your available rewards points and a button to apply points for delivery.
3. Can I apply a discount after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply the discount to an order after it has been placed, the customer must add the code when they check out and pay. We also cannot combine discounts on one order. Be sure to apply your discount before you purchase!
4. How long does the refund process take?
If for any reason Emerald Blossom has given you a refund, you will see the refund on your account/card in about 3 -5 business days.
5. We process all orders in USD.
Although the contents of your cart are displayed in any other currency, you will pay in USD at the prevailing exchange rate.
Return & Refund policy
All items, except customized or personalized items (see below) purchased from Emerald Blossoms carry a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund.
Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What we can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.
Customized or Personalized Items
Customized or Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless the item is defective when received.
Exchanging Items
Please note that we can only exchange an item free of charge once. Any subsequent exchanges for that item will incur a 60% re-stocking fee based on the original cost of the item.
Returning Items
Returned items must be as new. There must be no sign of use such as scratches or dirt. All original item packaging and boxes must be included in the return shipment. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us unless the item you received is defective, in which case we will cover the cost of the shipment. Shipment of any exchanged items back to you is free of charge.
Order modification or cancellation
Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request an order modification or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has gone into production and can no longer be modified.
Order is damaged/incorrect
At Emerald Blossom, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive damaged or incorrect product. Thankfully it is quite unusual! However, if that’s the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering free replacement orders or refunds for affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, or damaged area of the item. Please contact us via email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replace or refund you!

We are proud to offer international shipping. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we’ll contact you.

PAINTED TIME
Each item of us is handmade to order and it takes 5 – 6 business days from time of order to hand-painted your items. You then add the shipping time to estimate the date of delivery to your door. Complete orders will be paid for in advance before delivery.If there is a delay receiving payment due to authorization of credit cards etc, the order will not be processed.
